Orthoxel are delighted to announce the appointment of two vastly experienced individuals, with highly specialised backgrounds in orthopaedic sales in the United States. Michael Murphy has come onboard as our U.S. Business Development/Sales Manager, while Greg West joins as our U.S. Director of Clinical Training. Both individuals will be pivotal to our continued expansion across the U.S., focusing initially on the mid-west region.

Michael is a business leader, entrepreneur, distributor, and surgical sales professional with decades of experience providing innovative solutions to physicians, hospitals, and surgery centres which advance the quality, affordability, and accessibility of surgical orthopaedic care. Michael has held sales positions with industry leading companies including DePuy-Synthes and Wright Medical. He has earned a reputation for excellence with orthopaedic surgeons, OR staff, hospital and surgery centre leadership, and is a consummate professional.

Greg brings a wealth of knowledge in orthopaedics as well as first-hand experience working in surgery. He is excited to share his passion for the industry in his new role at OrthoXel. Greg will be responsible for training our distributors’ sales reps, orthopaedic surgeons and theatre nurses to ensure optimal performance. Greg works closely with our Engineering and Quality Teams in Cork on the development and continual improvement of our product portfolio.
